The history of the GFO Training Centre (BiZ)
The GFO Education Centre (GFO-BiZ) was founded in 2016 as a spin-off from the Bildungsinstitut für Gesundheit-Bensberg (BIG-B) at the Vinzenz Pallotti Hospital. Since 2018, the GFO-BiZ has been a department of the GFO's Central Services.
The programmes offered by the GFO-BiZ are aimed at all employees in the healthcare sector and take place across all locations in Bensberg, Bonn and Olpe.
Since 2020, many training courses have also been offered online.
Today, lifelong learning is a prerequisite for successful personal development as well as for strategic personnel development and the associated success of companies. This is how we understand our mission and support employees in the healthcare sector with our training programmes.
The content of our programmes is based on the latest scientific findings and takes current legal and political changes into account.
